The answer is not directly. Remember temporary internet files are temporary. Most internet Browsers store user names and passwords in a seperate more secure folder that has system properties. Temporary internet files may have links to the passwords system folder, but they are unreadable.

It is important to know that passwords are saved in some cookie files. So cookies should be deleted regularly. Passwords in cookie files are also unreadable.
